It’s true that it takes only one profound experience to change your life. Due to orthopedic injuries received from a traumatic ski injury over 18 years ago, Los Angeles based celebrity fitness trainer Linda LaRue changed her life to live and practice daily what she preaches to her clients. Her focus is creating fun and effective functional training with an emphasis on “core” to not only look good, but also feel and move well optimally. This is the foundation for the Crunchless Abs Methodology as used by Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale, Bridget Moynahan, and Alec Baldwin.
