Once again the “Eating Holidays” are upon us. Did you know that holiday parties although fun typically leads to an averages of a 5 to 10 pound gain followed by that “January Fitness Effect” scramble to lose what was gained.
That’s why I’ve created some healthy holiday recipes that will recycle some of those heavily laden fat-filled/high calorie foods we eat into healthier, lower fat and lower calorie counts instead (without losing the flavor. All my friends are loving the Upside Down Pumpkin Apple cake that my friend Judy Weintraub and me created.)
